Regular training starts this week and continues until Christmas:
Men 7.30 - 9.30pm Tuesdays
Ladies Thursdays:
Club (3s and 4s) 7.30 - 9.00pm with Tim
Ladies 1s / 2s training squad 7.30 - 9.30 with Duncan
all at Lonsands Academy (PE19 1LQ)
