No Ladies training this week

There is no ladies training this week, Longsands have cancelled due to the snow & ice on the pitch.
Ladies training, for both Club and 1st / 2nd X1 squads, resumes in the New Year - Thursday 4th January.
If any ladies would like some additional fun hockey to help develop your skills and maintain fitness over the holiday period / Xmas break Nik Payne has a couple of indoor sessions booked at Ernulf school - see the article on indoor hockey for more details.
