The game featured two sides with a combination of young and old players which was encouraging for both clubs. It was pretty much an end to end game with neither side having many real goal-scoring opportunities. Both teams made great efforts and the defensive players were very effective,especially for the away side, hence Rob Hoye edging the man of the match accolade in the post-match vote. Special mention should also go to Archie Browne and Ant Holmes for their contributions. When the 4s make more of their goalscoring opportunities they will no doubt continue to improve in this respect.
