The home side were unable to earn a single short corner which reflects the passage of play. Leaking an early goal the 4s managed a bit of a comeback when Olly Colbert probably got a nosebleed by going so far up the pitch he managed a shot which went under a diving Tim Poole in goal. But despite a dynamic performance from Chris Bates and sterling efforts from Andi Thornhill-Brooks it was mainly one way traffic forcing Kai Hall to make numerous saves and earning him man of the match for the 4s. Huge efforts from the team kept the score down to 3-1, all scored in the first half.
