| Match Report | Last league match of a very challenging season after the team was promoted to the higher league despite finishing third last season. Missing a number of key players, the home team faced a barrage of short corners during the first ten minutes, but then got into its stride. Stout defending meant that we went in at half time only 1 - 0 down, courtesy of a fine reverse stick strike. St Neots had attacking opportunites and won a number of short corners, but eventually went down 3 - 0, the last goal being a penalty stroke. |
