| Match Report | Another well fought game. Nil - Nil at half time with an even distribution of play at both ends. Some chances but lacked finishing in a team with several new players still learning the ropws of league hockey. New players already showing improvement and determination. Unfortunately one goal against us in the second where we lost some shape and struggled to keep the form of the first half. Still building a new squad who are all committed to playing their best. Well supported on the touch line with injured Vice Captain Pippa running the bench and keeping the team fresh with the subs and Eleanor Pybus encouraging and giving valued tip to the young players. We'll done everyone, yet again a great team effort. |
