Availabilty difficulties elsewhere in the club filtered down to the fourth team this week who thought they had ten players. Unfortunately this became nine due to a late withdrawal. That said, with a little bit of help from Life Member Peter Giffard who had come to watch, the fours can be proud of a performance against a 14-man squad. Dogged determination was the order of the day helped by the energy of newcomer to the club and man of the match, Robert Hoye. No doubt a few short corners and shots will materialise in the near future!!
