Mens 2 Vs Bourne Deeping 4 

St Neots were quick to press Bourne from the first whistle, holding most of the play deep in Bournes half, going quickly 2-0 up with Goals from Bradley Forsdick and Rob Mitchell. Bourne never gave up and continued to push up with break away runs, mainly on their right side, the first couple of breaks resulted in nothing but they won a short after an upgrade on a St neots foot and slotted home with a well worked routine. St Neots quickly hit home again with a great individual effort from Rob Mitchell who picked up the ball in Midfleid and ran through 3/4 players and slotted past the keeper, 3-1. Bourne just before half time had another break away run, upgrading again and using the same routine, made the score 3-2 going into the first half.

St Neots pressed again hard at the start of the second half, scoring very quickly though Charlie Evans, 4-2. Bradley Forsdick then hit home from a well worked Short routine, drag flicking into the top left corner for his second. 5-2. In true Bourne fashion, they quickly won another short corner and slotted their 3 goal shortly after, 5-3, they were not giving up, although a couple of their players had picked up an injury and they seemed to slow down alot, which enabled St Neots to keep the pressure on and another well worked run by Rob Mitchell saw him get his well deserved Hatrick and a final scoreline of 6-3.

The whole team worked incredibly hard and worked together, they continue to grow as a team each week and the results are showing this. Special mention to Jack P, Charlie Evans, Daniel T and Willem Z for their work down the wings and the two rocks at the back JP and Slatch. Well done all.
