Jack, Belle and Sophie G worked well together, as the newer players acclimatised to their first competition experience. Only 3 players lasted on the pitch for the first game, but especially proud of the U8 today as they were so young and first tournament for most of them. Despite losing the first game 6-0, and at least half the team spending most of the game on the sidelines crying, they bounced back to win a couple of their games and missed out on a runner up match on goal difference.
