Saints ladies 2's had an excellent opening 2018 match with a fantastic team effort against a tough side resulting in a 3-0 win. Saints were quick off the mark and scored 3 goals in the early stages of the first half. Goals came from Sue Glover, Hannah Sutton and Millie Payne scored within seconds of getting on to the pitch. Unfortunately Emma Southern was taken off the pitch injured after she suffered a ball to the face. The second half saw Saints continue to press Bishops Stortford and some solid defending meant that Saints kept a strong lead and ended up triumphant at 3-0. Charlie Churms was well deserved player of the match.
